When you leave the country and file for your lump-sum payout (BHXH 1 lần), the reviewing officer cross-checks three items:

• The passport number printed inside your blue social insurance book.
• The passport number tied to your final work permit revocation.
• The passport you are physically presenting today.

If there is any mismatch between those numbers, the system halts the file immediately. Your payout gets frozen pending formal identity reconciliation.
